Vacation-Rentals-in-Paris.com is a searchable list of advertisements for rental properties. This site is geared toward short-term rentals, typically a couple months in duration or less.
We are not a property management company and do not book the reservations. Instead, we provide the ability for renters to contact the owner directly via e-mail or telephone.
Does Vacation-Rentals-in-Paris.com warrant or verify the information in the listings?
Vacation-Rentals-in-Paris.com is not a property management company and makes no warranty to the
accurateness or validity of the data that is presented on this site. The listings
found here should be treated as advertisements and nothing more. Furthermore, you
must contact the owner to obtain the latest rates and availability since the data
displayed in these listings may be old or out-dated.
Can I book the reservation directly though Vacation-Rentals-in-Paris.com?
Usually no, but in some cases yes. Vacation-Rentals-in-Paris.com is not a property management company. You must therefore contact the owner
directly in order to make a reservation or to inquire about the property. However, we have worked out
agreements with certain property management companies to allow us to post some professionally managed properties
on our site. These professionally managed properties can indeed be booked right on our site. You will be able to
tell the difference because the professionally managed properties will have a link to book a reservation, while
the individually managed properties will have a link to contact the homeowner.
How can I sign up with Vacation-Rentals-in-Paris.com?

There are no charges for searching the site or contacting an owner.
There are also no fees charged to homeowners who list with us.
How do I update the description or other information on my property?
When you log into the site using your e-mail and password you will be redirected to
your Account Home page which will have a list of all your properties. Simply select
the property you want to update. A group of pages will provide you with the ability to
update all of the information for the selected property including rates, availability,
description, etc.
Can I find out how many people have looked at my property?
When you login to the site using your e-mail and password you will be redirected to
your Account Home page, which has a list of all your properties. Select
the property that you want to view inquiry information about. You will be presented
with a series of pages for updating or viewing information for the selected property. One of
these pages allows you to view all of your rental inquiries for the selected property.
Why isn't my city listed on your site?
It didn't make sense to include every city in every state in every county in our
list of destinations as it would make navigating the site and choosing a city
a lot more difficult. Instead, we have 'seeded' the site with some of the most common
destinations and will add new destinations as soon as we have a request for a listing
in that area. If you have a destination that is not currently listed on the site, simply add it
in the free-text area when registering your property. We will add the destination to the
site as soon as possible and modify your property accordingly.
Can I have a link to a different website from my listing?
Yes. You are allowed to have up to two links to external websites in your listing
as long as those sites do not advertise properties that are not listed on our website.
Links which break this rule will be removed.
What if I've forgotten my password?
Simply go to our 'I Forgot My Password'
page, enter your e-mail and click the button. If you have an account on file,
we will resend your password to your e-mail address.
