There is one TV in the living room with a VCR, as well as a wood fireplace. There is a shared deck out the front door of the unit. The property provides a clubhouse with an indoor pool, four hot tubs, laundry facilities and a sauna. Outside, by the clubhouse, there is a charcoal grill available for community use. Relax on the sundeck or in the comfortable, open living space. Dine on the screened porch or at one of the many nearby restaurants in Duck. Surrounding trees and shrubs afford nice privacy. Traffic light at 13th Avenue and Duck Road makes turning onto the main road easy. Southern Shores is a conveniently close, family oriented town between Kitty Hawk & Duck. Friday to Friday rental week means renters can avoid much of the congestion on the roads, grocery, etc. on both arrival and departure days.

This condo has 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms but should you need a little more space, there is a sofa sleeper in the living room. The living room is tastefully furnished and decorated with plenty of seating for at least 6 people. The dining table seats 6, so there is no problem if you bring an extra guest or 2. The kitchen is fully equipped and stocked with everything you will need should you decide to eat "at home". The main master bedroom has a king-sized bed and the second master has twin beds. There is cable TV provided. This is a marvelous venue for that romantic vacation or for small families to gather.
